The VOCC Resilience Leaders Fellowship (VRLF) is VOCC Resilience Foundation's flagship leadership, innovation, research, and resilience-building fellowship designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of emerging African changemakers committed to building stronger, safer, and more resilient communities.

The Fellowship is being developed as a pan-African platform for leadership development, innovation, critical thinking, prevention, resilience-building, and Community Immunity®.

Fellowship Vision

To develop a continent-wide network of African resilience leaders equipped to strengthen protective factors, advance innovative solutions, promote Community Immunity®, and contribute to preventing extremist ideologies before they take root.

Fellowship Design

An intensive, residential cohort experience.

The Fellowship is planned as an intensive residential experience bringing together a carefully selected cohort of emerging African leaders, researchers, innovators, professionals, and changemakers.

Participants will engage with practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and thought leaders while collaborating on solutions that strengthen resilience and prevent extremist ideologies from taking root.

Alumni Network

The VOCC Resilience Fellows Network.

Graduates of future Fellowship cohorts will become members of the VOCC Resilience Fellows Network, a platform designed to support collaboration, mentorship, knowledge sharing, research, innovation, and long-term impact.
